The front desk associate was very nice. He even recommended a good restaurant in the area to eat a late lunch at while we waited for our room to be ready. The hotel lobby was awesome! Nice bar area and the fire pit outside looked amazing. The King Suite was the best! We had a separate bedroom and living room, each with a tv and a/c controls. The sliding glass door off the living room led out to a seating area with a fire pit that looked so inviting.

the property can definitely maybe look like you booked the wrong thing when you’re pulling up and look at the outside but then when you’re inside, you realize everything looks basically new and clean. very nice and impressed with how clean it was. I was in town because my mom is at the university hospital. The man at the front desk let me have a late checkout till 2pm because I expressed I just needed a little time while they ran some more tests on my mom. I really appreciated that.

Had an excellent visit. Phillip at the front desk helped me in a way that he would not believe. We were there due to an emergency and he went over and beyond to help me by allowing me to do an online interview I already scheduled in a conference room that I was afraid I would not have a place to do bc of our change of plans. Thank you!!!

Location is hidden which is great there was enough parking staff told me exactly where the elevator was which was nice

Entire aspect of our stay was phenomenal! The location, overall hotel cleanliness, comfort of the bed, quality of our breakfast meal, fitness center and friendly staff made our visit one to remember! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We were going to the medical center, so it was the perfect location for that. Also, it is well off the busy main road and secluded. The room had a really great fragrance. The hallways were well lit and the carpet looked relatively new and had good cushioning underneath it. Shower was really nice and had pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash in it.

Staff was mostly friendly. The room was very quiet and my sleep was good. The A/C heat pump unit was nice and easy to control.
